Loadboot Dispatch

Privacy Policy

How Loadboot collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Loadboot ("we", "us") handles information you provide through this website.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Loadboot, we may collect: account information (name, email, phone, password handled securely by our authentication provider); carrier and authority information (company, MC/DOT numbers, equipment, lanes, preferences); documents you upload (such as authority, insurance, W-9 and load paperwork), stored privately; precise location — only if and while you explicitly consent to share it for load matching or active-load tracking; usage analytics on our public marketing pages. We do not run advertising analytics inside the authenticated carrier portal.

How we use it

To provide dispatch services — finding, negotiating and booking loads; reviewing carrier documents; matching loads to your equipment and (with consent) location; communicating about your loads and account; and operating and improving the website. We do not sell your information.

Precise location — consent based

Location sharing is optional and off by default. The portal is fully usable without it. You choose either a one-time share or sharing while a load is active, and you can revoke it at any time from your dashboard. We record your consent and store only your most recent location while sharing is active; sharing stops when you revoke it, sign out, or the active period ends. Only your assigned LoadBoot dispatcher can view it.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide services — for example, with brokers or a factoring company you choose — or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data security

Documents are kept in private storage with per-account access controls and time-limited links; access to carrier records is restricted by server-enforced authorization so one carrier cannot access another’s data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Location data is minimized to the latest necessary point rather than a long history, unless a reviewed operational need applies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw location consent, or close your account, by contacting us through this site. We will respond promptly.
